Terra Firma partners with IHA to house potential applicants to become residents. If you are a current holder of a voucher and would like to apply to become a resident, please complete the application listed above and provide all the documents required for the application process. Below, please submit the RTA that was provided by IHA for the landlord to complete.
Qualifications
- Applicant qualifications: 2.5 times the income to rent, no open bankruptcies, no evictions in the past two years, no sex offenders, no violent criminal offenders, no felonies in the last 5 years, a minimum of 6 months verifiable income, verifiable identity, i.e. SSN, ITIN or equivalent. Clean landlord verification, and proof of payments. All applicants 18 years or older are subject to a background and credit check.
- Falsifying information on an application or proof of income will result in an automatic denial.
- Pets - Some of our properties allow pets. There is a breed restriction, proof of immunization, one pet limit, $50 monthly pet rent and a $250 pet deposit.
